Healthy Baby Club
Healthy Baby Club is a pregnancy support group for mothers who are at risk of having a low birth weight baby.  It provides prenatal education and group support and promotes healthy eating and healthy lifestyle choices.  The HBC is facilitated by the Resource Mother.

The HBC provides participants with:

• weekly food supplements
• opportunities to learn about pregnancy and delivery
• cooking sessions
• games and activities
• home visits
• healthy snacks
• ongoing help from the Resource Mother
• breastfeeding education and support
• an opportunity to meet new friends.

Presently, the HBC serves the communities of Harcourt, George’s Brook, Milton, Random Heights, Elliott’s Cove, Snook’s Harbour, Aspey Brook, Weybridge, Shoal Harbour, Clarenville, Deep Bight, Hillview, Northwest Brook and Ivany’s Cove.

The Centre on Moore’s Road has a variety of gently used clothing available free for the taking.
