The Neighbourhood of Friends Family Resource Centre is a non-profit, community-based organization funded through the Early Childhood Development Initiative.

In addition to the hub site located on Manitoba Drive in Clarenville, we offer assistace, training, resources and materials to Swift Current, Little Heart's Ease, Random Island, Come By Chance and the Moores Road satellite which is also located in Clarenville.

We are guided by a Board of Directors which has representation from the Eastern Health Authority, Newfoundland Labrador Housing Corporation, the Town of Clarenville, Eastern School Board, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, the Department of Human Resources, Labour and Employment, the Neighbourhood of Friends Tenants' Association, parents and community members.
